Almay Ranch is two miles west of Coffee Creek, California, at the north end of Trinity Lake.
All roads are paved, well maintained, and plowed in winter.
From the San Francisco Bay Area: Highway 80 east to Highway 505 north to Highway 5 north. In Redding, take Highway 299 (exit 678) west 38 miles to Weaverville. Turn right on Highway 3. Continue 38 miles to Coffee Creek Road and turn left. Almay Ranch is 2 miles on the left.
From Ashland: Highway 5 south to Highway 3 west. Continue 40 miles to Coffee Creek Road and turn right. Almay Ranch is 2 miles on the left. (Highway 3 over Scott Mountain is not plowed on weekends.)
From Eureka: Highway 299 east 110 miles to Weaverville. Turn left on Highway 3. Continue 38 miles to Coffee Creek Road and turn left. Almay Ranch is 2 miles on the left.
By air (commercial):
Horizon and Southwest airlines provide service to Redding from San Francisco, Medford, Portland, and Los Angeles.
